Once you arrive, head towards the main exit of the station, and look for signs directing you to the city center.

To take the train from De Haan, first walk to the nearest train station, 'Oostende'. You can reach Oostende by taking bus line 3 from 'De Haan Centrum' to 'Oostende Station', which takes about 20 minutes. Once at Oostende Station, purchase a ticket to Bruges (Brugge). The train ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Upon arrival at Bruges Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the city center.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle at one of the rental shops in De Haan. From the center of De Haan, head towards the coastal path and follow the signs towards Bruges. The total distance is about 14 kilometers and will take around 45 minutes to an hour depending on your cycling speed. As you approach Bruges, follow the signs leading you to the city center and then to Katelijnestraat.

If you enjoy walking and have the time, you can set out from De Haan to Bruges on foot. Start from the center of De Haan and head towards the coastal path. Follow the path along the beach until you reach the main road. Continue along the road towards Bruges, which is about 14 kilometers away. This will take approximately 3 to 4 hours, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
