From Belize City, drive west on the George Price Highway (Western Highway). Continue for about 30 miles (48 kilometers) until you reach the town of San Ignacio. At San Ignacio, take a left onto the San Ignacio to Santa Elena Road and drive for about 3 miles (5 kilometers). Then, turn right onto the road leading to the village of Springfield. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles (8 kilometers) until you reach the entrance to the 1000 Foot Falls area.
