From Caracol, head east on the main road towards the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve. Continue on this road for about 30 minutes until you reach the junction with the signs for Hidden Valley Wilderness Lodge. Turn left onto Cooma Cairn Road. Drive for another 10 minutes, keeping an eye out for the lodge on your right. There is no entrance fee for the road, but ensure your vehicle is in good condition as the road may be bumpy in parts.

While public transportation options are limited in this area, you can take a shared taxi or bus from Caracol towards San Ignacio. From San Ignacio, you will need to hire a taxi to take you directly to Hidden Valley Wilderness Lodge. Make sure to negotiate the fare in advance. The taxi ride from San Ignacio to the lodge will cost approximately 50-75 BZD and takes about 30 minutes.
