If you are driving to Pine Ridge Lodge from the nearest major city, San Ignacio, head east on the Western Highway (Hummingbird Highway) for about 30 minutes. Once you reach the village of Santa Elena, turn left onto the road to Mountain Pine Ridge. Continue on this road for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the entrance to the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve. Follow the signs that direct you to Pine Ridge Lodge, which is located deep within the reserve. Be prepared for some rough roads, and consider using a vehicle with good clearance.
