From any location in Cayo District, you can reach the Inland Blue Hole by car. Start by heading towards the town of San Ignacio. If you're coming from the west (like from Benque Viejo del Carmen), take the Western Highway (Hummingbird Highway) toward San Ignacio. Once in San Ignacio, follow signs for the George Price Highway (Western Highway) and head north. After approximately 15 minutes, look for a sign that directs you toward the Inland Blue Hole. Turn right onto the access road. Drive carefully as the road can be rough in places. You will arrive at the Inland Blue Hole parking area. Remember to bring cash for the entrance fee, which is typically around $5 USD.
