Walking
Start from the center of Dangriga, near the main square. Head southwest on the main road, Stann Creek Valley Road, towards the direction of the coast. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Hummingbird Highway (Southern Highway). Cross the highway, and you will find a small pathway leading towards Alta Vista. Follow this path, which may be marked by signs or local guidance. After about 2 kilometers, you will approach the local area of Alta Vista. Keep an eye out for local residents who can help guide you to Antelope Falls Pool, as it is a popular destination among locals. The pool is located a short walk from the main pathway, and you will see signs directing you towards it.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Dangriga. Start your ride from the main square, heading southwest on Stann Creek Valley Road. Once you reach the Hummingbird Highway (Southern Highway) junction, safely cross the highway. Continue along the path toward Alta Vista, which is approximately 2 kilometers away. The ride will take you through scenic views of the countryside. As you approach Alta Vista, ask locals for directions to Antelope Falls Pool, as they will be familiar with the area and can provide you with the best route. The pool is located just off the main path, and you should look for signage or local guidance.

Local Transportation (Taxi or Shuttle)
From the center of Dangriga, find a local taxi or shuttle service that operates in the area. Ask the driver to take you to Alta Vista, specifically to Antelope Falls Pool. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Upon arrival in Alta Vista, the driver can drop you off at a location nearby where you will need to walk a short distance to reach the pool. Make sure to ask the driver for the best spot to be dropped off to minimize your walking distance.
