From Mountain Pine Ridge, head south on the road towards the junction with the Southern Highway. After approximately 8 miles, turn right onto the Southern Highway. Continue for about 11 miles until you reach the junction for the road leading to the Jaguar Reserve Nature Center. Follow the signs for 'Jaguar Reserve' and turn onto the dirt road. Drive approximately 4 miles until you see the entrance to the Jaguar Reserve Nature Center on your right. Please note that the road may be bumpy, so drive cautiously.

To reach the Jaguar Reserve Nature Center via public transportation, take a bus from Mountain Pine Ridge to the nearest major bus station in San Ignacio. From San Ignacio, find a bus heading towards the Southern Highway. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the junction for the road leading to the Jaguar Reserve. From there, you will need to hire a taxi or arrange for a local guide to take you the remaining 4 miles to the reserve entrance.
