If you're traveling by car from Mountain Pine Ridge, start by taking the Mountain Pine Ridge Road (also known as the Pine Ridge Road) south towards San Ignacio. Continue on this road for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the junction with the Western Highway (Hummingbird Highway). Turn left onto the Western Highway and drive for about 10 minutes. Watch for signs directing you to San Ignacio. Once you get into San Ignacio, look for the signs to Parrot Nest Lodge. Turn onto Parrot Nest Lane, and the lodge will be at the end of the lane. Make sure your car has enough fuel, as there are limited gas stations in the area.

For those opting for public transportation, you can take a bus from Mountain Pine Ridge to San Ignacio. Buses typically leave from the main bus terminal in Mountain Pine Ridge. The fare is usually around BZD 5-10. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the stops. Once you arrive in San Ignacio, you can take a taxi or walk to Parrot Nest Lodge. Taxis from the bus station to the lodge should cost around BZD 10-15. Alternatively, you can ask locals for directions to Parrot Nest Lane.
