From any central location in Orange Walk Town, head to the main bus terminal located on the corner of Main Street and 5th Avenue. Look for buses heading towards Belize City or Corozal. Ensure you inform the bus driver that you want to stop at Altun Ha, as they will need to drop you off at a suitable location. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. The bus will stop near the entrance of Altun Ha.

Start by heading east on Main Street until you reach the junction with the Philip Goldson Highway (the main road). Turn right onto the highway and continue riding north for about 10 kilometers. Look for the signs leading to Altun Ha. You will reach the entrance after a short ride on the access road.
