Car
If you're traveling by car from San Ignacio, head east on the George Price Highway (Hummingbird Highway) towards Belmopan. After about 12 miles, take the exit for the Southern Highway heading south. Continue for approximately 25 miles until you reach the junction for the Pine Ridge Road. Turn right onto Pine Ridge Road and drive for about 10 miles. The road will lead you directly to the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve entrance, marked by a sign. Note that the road can be bumpy, so drive cautiously.

From San Ignacio, take a local bus or shuttle heading towards Belmopan. Once you reach Belmopan, transfer to a bus heading south on the Southern Highway. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Pine Ridge Road junction. From there, you can either walk or find a local taxi to take you the remaining 10 miles to the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve entrance. Expect to pay a small fee for the bus ride (around $2-5 BZD) and negotiate taxi fares if needed.
