Walking
If you are starting from the Lokossa central market, head south on Rue du Marché until you reach Avenue du Général de Gaulle. Turn right onto Avenue du Général de Gaulle and continue walking straight for about 15 minutes, passing by local shops and eateries. You will eventually see a large roundabout; take the second exit to stay on Avenue du Général de Gaulle. Continue straight for another 10 minutes until you reach a road sign that indicates the direction to Place du Souvenir, ex Place des Martyrs.

From the Lokossa central market, rent a bicycle and head south on Rue du Marché. Follow the same route as pedestrians, turning right onto Avenue du Général de Gaulle. Riding a bicycle will allow you to reach the roundabout faster; take the second exit to remain on Avenue du Général de Gaulle. In approximately 20 minutes, you should arrive at the road sign pointing to Place du Souvenir, ex Place des Martyrs, where you can park your bicycle nearby.
