As you approach Cotonou, look for the signs indicating Haie Vive. Turn onto Avenue Jean-Paul II, and continue until you reach Rue des Pêcheurs. Congress Palace will be on your right at the address: Haie Vive, Cotonou. Make sure to check for parking options nearby, as parking fees may apply.
