    If you are in the central area of Bumthang, start at the Jakar Dzong (fortress). From the Dzong, head east towards the Bumthang Chhu River. You will follow a well-marked path leading down towards the riverbank. It’s about a 20-minute walk. As you approach the river, you will notice signs directing you to Do Zam. Cross the bridge over the Bumthang Chhu River; Do Zam is located on the opposite side of the river, right along the riverbank.
