Getting There

Walking
From the center of Jakar, head east along the main road towards the Jakar Dzong. Keep walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the dzong, which is a prominent landmark. Once you arrive at the dzong, continue towards the path that leads uphill. Follow the path for approximately 10 minutes until you come across a fork in the road. Take the left path at the fork and continue walking for another 10 minutes. You will start to see signs pointing towards Könchogsum Lhakhang. At this point, the path will be more narrow and surrounded by trees. After approximately 5 more minutes of walking along this path, you will arrive at the Könchogsum Lhakhang, which is located in a serene area.
