If you're traveling by car, you can easily reach Simtokha Dzong from anywhere in Chhukha. Start by getting on the main road heading towards Thimphu. The dzong is located approximately 30 kilometers from Chhukha town. Follow the signs for Thimphu and keep an eye out for the turnoff to Semtokha. Once you reach the Semtokha area, take Je Bamo Lam SE road. The dzong will be on your left. There is parking available nearby.
