Walking
If you are in the Thimphu city center, start at the Clock Tower Square, which is a central landmark. From there, head west on Norzin Lam street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the Bhutanese Crafts store on your left side, right before you reach the junction with Chorten Lam. The store is located at Norzin Lam, Thimphu 11001.

If you are near the Tashichho Dzong, walk east towards the main road, Norzin Lam. Once you reach Norzin Lam, turn left and walk straight for approximately 15 minutes. You will see Bhutanese Crafts on your left side as you approach the junction with Chorten Lam. The store is easily identifiable by its traditional Bhutanese decor.

From the National Memorial Chorten, head south towards the main road. Once you reach Norzin Lam, turn right and proceed along this road for about 20 minutes. You will pass several local eateries and shops. Bhutanese Crafts will be on your left just before you reach the intersection with Chorten Lam.
