Getting there

Car

If you are driving, start from the center of Haa Valley. Head east on the main road (Haa - Paro Highway). Continue for about 12 kilometers until you see the sign for Dzongdrakha Monastery. The road will lead you through a scenic route with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Once you reach the monastery's parking area, you may need to walk a short distance uphill to the monastery itself.

Public Transportation

To reach Dzongdrakha Monastery by public transport, take a local bus or shared taxi from Haa town heading towards Paro. Request the driver to drop you off at the Dzongdrakha Monastery stop, approximately 12 kilometers from Haa. The fare for this journey is around 100-200 Ngultrum (approximately 1-2 USD).
