From the central area of Jakar, head towards the Jakar Dzong. Follow the Jakar Road that leads away from the Dzong. Continue straight along Jakar Road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and homes. Keep an eye out for the signposts indicating the direction to Jakar Nagtshang. When you reach the intersection near the local school, take a left turn. Continue walking for another 500 meters until you see the entrance to Jakar Nagtshang on your right side. The location is marked with a small sign.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Jakar central square. Ride towards Jakar Dzong and then proceed along Jakar Road. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, watch for the left turn at the school intersection. Take that left and cycle about 500 meters. Jakar Nagtshang will be on your right. Make sure to ride carefully as the road can be busy with pedestrians and local traffic.
