If you are traveling by car from Mongar town, head east on the main highway (National Highway 2) toward Trashiyangtse. After approximately 30 km, you will reach a junction at the town of Trashiyangtse. Take the left turn onto the road leading to Gom Kora. Continue for about 5 km until you reach the Gom Kora parking area. From there, it is a short walk to the monastery.

To reach Gom Kora via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Mongar bus station to Trashiyangtse. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs around 50 Ngultrum. Once you arrive at Trashiyangtse, you can either take a local taxi or a shared taxi to Gom Kora for approximately 100 Ngultrum. The taxi ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Be sure to tell the driver your destination.
