If you are driving from Mongar, take the road leading north towards Lhuntse. The distance is approximately 60 km and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on road conditions. Follow the signs for Lhuntse. Upon reaching Lhuntse town, continue following the main road; you will see signs directing you to Lhuentse Dzong. The Dzong is located on a hilltop overlooking the town, and there is a parking area available nearby.
