Car

If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Paro Valley and head towards the north on the Paro-Thimphu Highway (National Highway 2). Continue driving for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the junction at Jishigang. Turn left at the junction and follow the road for about 3 kilometers. Aum Choden will be located on your left at the coordinates CCJH+3PG Jishigang, Dopshari. Parking might be available on-site.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a local bus from Paro town heading towards Thimphu. Inform the driver that you wish to stop at Jishigang. The bus journey should take around 30 minutes. Once you reach Jishigang, exit the bus and walk approximately 3 kilometers along the road. Aum Choden will be on your left. Be aware that the bus fare is usually around 50-100 Ngultrum, depending on your exact starting point.

Taxi

Hiring a taxi is a convenient option if you prefer not to drive or use public transport. From Paro town, inform the taxi driver that you wish to go to Aum Choden located in Jishigang. The taxi ride will take approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic, and the fare typically ranges from 300 to 500 Ngultrum. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
