If you're driving from Sarpang District, head towards the Wangdue Phodrang - Trongsa Highway. Depending on your starting point in Sarpang, follow the main roads leading to the highway. Once you're on the Wangdue Phodrang - Trongsa Hwy, continue for approximately 50 kilometers. Look for signs indicating the Trongsa Dzong View Point. You will find a designated parking area near the viewpoint.
Public Transportation
To reach the Trongsa Dzong View Point via public transportation, catch a bus heading towards Trongsa from Sarpang. Buses usually depart from the main bus station in Sarpang. Make sure to confirm that the bus stops along the Wangdue Phodrang - Trongsa Highway. Inform the driver or conductor that you wish to get off at the Trongsa Dzong View Point. The bus fare will typically range from 100 to 200 Ngultrum depending on your starting point. After disembarking, walk a short distance to the viewpoint.
