If you are traveling by car from Sarpang to Buddha Dordenma Statue, start on the main road heading towards Thimphu. The journey is approximately 120 km and should take about 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Follow the road signs towards Thimphu. Once you reach Thimphu, look for signs directing you to Kuenselphodrang. The statue is located at the top of a hill, and you may need to drive up a steep, winding road to reach the site. There is a parking area available near the statue.

For those using public transportation, catch a bus from Sarpang to Thimphu. Buses are available at the local bus station, and the fare is typically around 100-150 Nu. The journey will take about 3 to 4 hours. Once you arrive in Thimphu, you can take a taxi or a local shared taxi to Kuenselphodrang. The taxi fare should be around 300-500 Nu depending on your negotiation skills and the taxi's starting point. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Buddha Dordenma Statue; they are familiar with the location.

Another option is to take a shared taxi from Sarpang directly to Thimphu, which can be more convenient than the bus. Shared taxis can usually be found at the main taxi stand. The fare varies but expect to pay around 200-250 Nu per person. Once in Thimphu, you can hire a local taxi to take you to Kuenselphodrang. This option is faster than the bus, as shared taxis leave once they are full, and the overall travel time should be around 3 hours.
