If you are traveling by car from Sarpang, head north on the main road towards the town of Punakha. After approximately 30 kilometers, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Chimi Lhakhang. You will need to turn off onto a smaller road towards Teoprongchu. The temple is located about 5 kilometers from there. Make sure to follow the signs indicating the direction of Chimi Lhakhang, as the roads can be winding. Parking is available nearby the temple.

To reach Chimi Lhakhang using public transportation, start at the Sarpang bus terminal and take a bus heading to Punakha. Once you arrive in Punakha, you can take a local taxi or a shared taxi to Teoprongchu. The taxi ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Upon reaching Teoprongchu, ask the driver to drop you off at Chimi Lhakhang. Ensure you check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary, and the fare for the bus ride should be around 100-150 Ngultrum.
