Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Trongsa from any point in Central Bhutan. Taa-Dzong is located along the Bumthang - Ura Highway (FGX5+P2H) in Trongsa. Follow the signs for Trongsa, and once you reach the town, continue on the highway for about 5-10 minutes until you see the Taa-Dzong on your left. There is parking available nearby.

For those using public transport, take a bus heading to Trongsa from other central locations such as Bumthang or Jakar. Buses are available regularly, and the journey will take approximately 2-3 hours depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at the Trongsa bus station, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or hire a taxi to take you to Taa-Dzong, which is approximately 5 km away. Expect to pay around 100-200 Ngultrum for the taxi ride.
