If you are traveling by car from Tsirang town, head east on the Tsirang-Phuentsholing Highway (NH 2). Continue on this road for about 12 kilometers until you reach the junction to the Phobjikha Valley. Turn left onto the road towards Phobjikha Valley and drive for approximately 30 kilometers. Follow the signs for Gangtey Monastery. The monastery will be located on your right as you approach the Phobjikha Valley. The drive should take about 1 hour in total, depending on road conditions.
