Car
From Tsirang, get onto the Tsirang-Trongsa Highway (also known as the Bumthang - Ura Highway). Follow the highway northbound. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach Trongsa. Continue straight until you reach the area near the Taa-Dzong (FGX5+P2H, Bumthang - Ura Hwy). Look for signage indicating the museum. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Tsirang to Trongsa. Buses are available at the local bus station in Tsirang. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Trongsa, you can either walk or take a taxi to Taa-Dzong, which is located along the Bumthang - Ura Highway. Taxis are readily available in Trongsa and should cost around 100-200 Ngultrum depending on your negotiation skills.
Taxi
If you prefer more comfort, you can hire a taxi directly from Tsirang to Taa-Dzong. This option is more expensive but offers flexibility in terms of timing and stops along the way. Expect to pay around 1500-2000 Ngultrum for a one-way trip.
