If you're traveling by car, start from the center of La Paz. Head southwest on Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz, then take the ramp onto Avenida 6 de Agosto. Continue on Avenida 6 de Agosto until you reach the intersection with Avenida Ballivian. Turn left onto Avenida Ballivian and continue straight. Follow the signs for Macrodistrito Mallasa. After approximately 30 minutes of driving, you will arrive at Bioparque Municipal Vesty Pakos Sofro, located at coordinates (-16.5723595, -68.0831122). There is parking available at the site.

To reach Bioparque Municipal Vesty Pakos Sofro using public transportation, start by taking a minibus or a taxi from the main bus terminal in La Paz to the Mallasa area. Look for minibuses heading towards 'Mallasa' or 'Vesty Pakos.' The fare is approximately 2-3 BOB. Inform the driver you want to get off at the Bioparque. Once you arrive at the nearest stop, it will be a short walk to the entrance of the park. Be aware that the park is only open from 10 AM to 3 PM, so plan your visit accordingly.
