Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Estadio Hernando Siles' stop. From there, transfer to a local minibus (known as 'trufi') that goes to the 'Pacasa' area. Inform the driver you want to go to 'Vista desde Pacasa'. The minibus will drop you off near the location. You may need to walk a short distance from the drop-off point.
