If you're driving, start in the town of Puno, which is about an hour's drive from the shores of Lake Titicaca. Navigate to Jr. Independencia and head towards the coordinates (-15.834589, -70.028967). The Arco Deustua is located on this street. There is no parking available directly at the site, but you can find street parking nearby. Be mindful of local traffic regulations.
Public Transportation
From the main bus terminal in Puno, take a local bus or shared taxi towards the city center. Ask the driver to drop you off at Jr. Independencia. The fare for the bus is around 1-2 PEN (Peruvian Soles) or about 5 PEN for a shared taxi.
