To reach the Saint Theresa Museum using public transportation, head to the main bus station in Potosí, which is located at Calle 1 de Mayo. Look for a microbus or taxi that goes towards the central area or specifically to the Santa Teresa neighborhood. Inform the driver you need to get off at Calle Santa Teresa. Once you get off, walk a short distance to Santa Teresa 6, where the museum is located. Make sure to have some Bolivianos on hand for the fare, which is typically around 2 to 5 BOB.
