Purchase your ticket at the terminal; the journey takes approximately 12-14 hours. The scenic route will take you through beautiful landscapes. Once you arrive in Rurrenabaque, you will need to find local transportation to get to Parque Nacional Madidi.

After arriving in Rurrenabaque, the best way to reach Parque Nacional Madidi is by taking a taxi or a shared taxi (also known as 'trufi').
