If you are starting from the main square (Plaza 10 de Noviembre) in Potosí, head east towards Calle Ayacucho. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Tarija, where you will turn left. Follow Calle Tarija until you reach the intersection with Calle Huayna Capac. Turn right onto Calle Huayna Capac and walk straight. After a few blocks, you will see the Catedral Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Paz ahead on your left. The cathedral is located at C66W+GWM, Villa Imperial de Potosí.

From the main square (Plaza 10 de Noviembre), you can take a local minibus (often referred to as 'trufi') heading towards Villa Imperial. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Catedral Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Paz. Once you get off, walk a short distance on Calle Huayna Capac towards the cathedral. It should be visible within a few minutes.
