If you are driving from the center of Tarija, head east on Avenida 6 de Agosto toward Avenida Potosí. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach the intersection with Avenida Libertador Simón Bolívar. Turn right onto Avenida Libertador Simón Bolívar and drive another 1.5 km. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida General Bolívar and continue for about 1 km. Sucre Plaza is located on your left at F779+R48.
Public Bus
From the main bus terminal in Tarija, look for a bus heading towards the city center. These buses are frequent and cost around 2-5 BOB. Ask the driver to drop you off near Sucre Plaza. The bus will typically stop on Avenida 6 de Agosto. Once you get off, walk east on Avenida 6 de Agosto for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida Libertador Simón Bolívar. Turn left and continue straight; Sucre Plaza will be on your right.
Taxi
You can take a taxi directly to Sucre Plaza from anywhere in Tarija Valley. Simply tell the driver "Sucre Plaza" or provide the address F779+R48. Taxi fares within the city typically range from 10 to 30 BOB depending on the distance. It’s advisable to agree on a fare before starting your journey or ensure the driver uses the meter.
Walking
If you are staying nearby or are already in the vicinity of Sucre Plaza, walking is a great option. From the central market area, head northeast on Calle Potosí. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach Avenida Libertador Simón Bolívar. Turn right, and after about 400 meters, you will find Sucre Plaza on your left.
