From the main bus terminal in Uyuni, look for buses heading to Pulacayo or Oruro. The buses to Pulacayo may not run frequently, so it is advisable to ask the staff at the terminal for the latest schedule. Once you board the bus, it will take approximately 30-45 minutes to reach Pulacayo. Keep an eye out for landmarks or ask the bus driver to let you know when you arrive at Pulacayo. The bus will drop you off near the main square, from where you can walk to the Industrial Heritage Site.

Shared Taxi (Trufi)
At the main square (Plaza 10 de Noviembre) in Uyuni, find a shared taxi (Trufi) that is heading to Pulacayo. Shared taxis are a common and affordable way to travel in the region. The fare should be around 15-20 BOB. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are going to Pulacayo before getting in. The shared taxi will drop you off near the Industrial Heritage Site.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route to Pulacayo. Start from Plaza 10 de Noviembre in Uyuni and head southeast on Avenida Ferroviaria. Continue on this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach Pulacayo. The walk will take approximately 1-1.5 hours. Along the way, enjoy the beautiful landscapes and take photographs. Once you arrive in Pulacayo, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the Industrial Heritage Site.
