Car
If you have access to a car, start your journey from the center of Yungas. Head south on Route 1 towards La Paz and follow the signs for Cochabamba. The drive will take approximately 3-4 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Once you enter Cochabamba, navigate towards Potosi Street. Palacio Portales is located at Potosi 1450, just a short drive from the city center. Look for parking nearby, as street parking may be limited.
Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Palacio Portales using public transportation, take a bus from Yungas to Cochabamba. Buses frequently depart from the main bus terminal in Yungas. The trip will take around 4-5 hours. Upon arriving in Cochabamba, you can take a taxi or a local bus to get to Potosi 1450. The taxi will cost approximately 10-20 BOB (Bolivianos) and should take about 10-15 minutes.
