From the Jajce bus station, walk northeast along Drugog zasjedanja AVNOJ-a, then turn left onto Hrvoja Vukčića Hrvatinića. Continue straight; the BUNKER will be on your right. The walk is approximately 500m and should take about 5-10 minutes.
