Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Jajce, start at the main square (Trg Oslobođenja). Head northwest on Ulica Kralja Tomislava towards Ulica Stjepana Radića. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Šeherzada. Take a left onto Ulica Šeherzada and walk until you see the sign for 'Cascada de Jajce'. Follow the signs, which will lead you through a pathway lined with trees. The waterfall will be visible as you approach. The total walking distance is about 1.5 kilometers and will take approximately 20-25 minutes. No entrance fee is required to view the waterfall from the town.

  • Public Transport

    From the bus station in Jajce, take a local bus heading towards the nearby villages. Ask the driver to let you off at the closest stop to 'Cascada de Jajce'. After getting off, follow the signs towards the waterfall, which will be approximately a 1-kilometer walk. Be aware that there is no direct public transport to Cascada de Jajce. Bus fare is generally low, around 2-3 BAM. Check the local schedule at the bus station near Trg Kralja Tomislava.

    If you are driving, start from the center of Jajce. Head southeast on Trg kralja Tomislava toward Ulica Kralja Tvrtka. Continue straight onto Ulica Jajce - Donji Vakuf, and follow signs to the Jajce Waterfalls. You will see signs for 'Cascada de Jajce' along the way. The parking area is located near the entrance to the waterfall area. Parking may incur a small fee. Parking fee is not available.
