Experience Pliva Waterfall

Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Jajce, head towards the main square (Trg Oslobođenja). Once you reach the square, locate the sign for 'Pliva Waterfall' pointing in the direction of the waterfall. Continue straight along the main road (Ulica Kralja Tomislava). After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign that indicates a turnoff to the left for the Pliva Waterfall. Follow this road, which will lead you through some scenic areas. The waterfall is about 1.5 kilometers down this road. Follow the path and you will hear the sound of the water as you approach the falls. The entrance is clearly marked, and the walk should take around 30-40 minutes at a leisurely pace.

  • Bicycle Rental

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Jajce. Start from the main square (Trg Oslobođenja) and head towards Ulica Kralja Tomislava, continuing straight for about 1 kilometer. Look for the sign indicating the left turn for Pliva Waterfall. This route is quite scenic and will take you approximately 15-20 minutes by bike. The road is mostly flat, making for an easy ride. Once you arrive, there are bike racks available for parking your bicycle.
