Getting There

    From the center of Jajce, head towards the main square (Trg Oslobođenja). Locate the sign for 'Pliva Waterfall' pointing in the direction of the waterfall. Continue straight along the main road (Ulica Kralja Tomislava). After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign that indicates a turnoff to the left for the Pliva Waterfall. Follow this road; the waterfall is about 1.5 kilometers down this road. The walk should take around 30-40 minutes.

    Take a local bus from Jajce's main bus station towards the Pliva area. Check the bus schedule at the station for the most current times. Disembark at the stop closest to the Pliva Waterfall and follow the signs leading towards the waterfall. The walk from the bus stop to the waterfall is about 1 kilometer and should take around 15 minutes. A small fee is required for the bus ride.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available in Jajce. A taxi ride from the center of Jajce to Pliva Waterfall is a short trip. The estimated cost is between 5 and 7 KM. Ensure the driver knows where you want to go or show them a map.

    From the center of Jajce, head southeast on Bosanska Cesta toward Jajce - Pliva. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will see signs for Pliva Waterfall. Turn left onto the road leading to the waterfall, continue for another kilometer, and you will arrive at the parking area near the waterfall. Parking costs 1€ per hour, with a daily ticket costing 5€. Parking is free on Sundays and national holidays.
