From Mostar, head to the main bus station located in the city center. You can walk there from the Old Bridge by heading east along the main road for about 15 minutes. At the bus station, look for buses heading towards Ploče or Baćina. Make sure to check the schedule and buy your ticket from the kiosk. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Baćina, you can ask locals for directions to Baćina Lakes, which is about a 30-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Mostar to Baćina Lakes. You can find taxis near the Old Bridge or call a local taxi service. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to confirm the fare before you set off.

Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and would like to walk to Baćina Lakes, start from the Old Bridge in Mostar. Head southeast along the Neretva River, following the path that leads towards the main road (M17). Once you reach the M17, turn left and continue walking for about 2 km until you see signs for Baćina. Follow the signs through the village until you arrive at the lakes. This walk will take around 2 hours, so be prepared with water and comfortable shoes.
