From any location in Peljesac Peninsula, head towards the main road D414. If you are in Orebić or any nearby town, simply take D414 northward. Follow the signs for 'Ston' and 'Dubrovnik'. After approximately 15 km, you will come to a fork; take the left lane to continue on D414 towards 'Ston'. Drive for another 10 km, keeping an eye out for local signs pointing to 'Podgorje'. Once you reach Podgorje, look for signs leading to the Sveti Ilija peak. There are parking areas available at the base of the mountain, where you can leave your car before beginning the hike.
