Walking
From the Old Bridge (Stari Most) in Mostar, head southeast along the main street, Bišće Polje. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Bulevar. Turn left onto Bulevar and walk for another 1.3 kilometers. You should see signs directing you towards Imotski. Follow the signs, and keep walking straight until you arrive at the bus station. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Imotski.

Start your journey from the Old Bridge (Stari Most) and walk to the nearest bus station, which is only about a 10-minute walk. Head east on Mula Mustafe Bašeskije street until you reach the main road, then turn left to find the bus station. Once there, buy a ticket for a bus that goes to Imotski. The bus ride will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. After arriving at the Imotski bus station, you can either walk or take a local taxi to reach Topana.
