If you're driving from Sarajevo city center, take the route towards the south on the M18. Continue on this road for approximately 15 km. As you approach Ilidža, look for signs indicating Butmirska cesta. Turn right onto Butmirska cesta, and you will find Ilidža Thermal Riviera on your left at Butmirska cesta 18. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that it may incur a small fee.

From Sarajevo city center, head to the main bus station (Autobuska Stanica). Take bus number 11, which goes directly to Ilidža. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once on the bus, you should pay the fare (around 2.00 BAM). After arriving at the Ilidža bus station, walk approximately 10 minutes in the direction of Butmirska cesta, and you will see the Ilidža Thermal Riviera at Butmirska cesta 18.
