Car
If you are traveling by car within Sutjeska National Park, start your journey from the park's main entrance near the town of Tjentište. Follow the signs for the road leading to the village of Vučevo. As you drive, you will pass through beautiful landscapes typical of the park. After approximately 20 minutes of driving (about 15 km), you should look for a small sign indicating 'Izvor Drine'. The exact coordinates are 43.3486, 18.8389. There is a small parking area near the site for visitors.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you will first need to take a bus from Tjentište to the town of Foča. Buses run several times a day, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. From Foča, you will need to catch a taxi or arrange for a local shuttle service to take you to Vučevo. The taxi ride will take around 20 minutes and should cost approximately 15-20 BAM (Bosnian Convertible Marks). Ensure to confirm the fare before starting your ride. Once you reach Vučevo, follow the signs to Izvor Drine, which is about a 10-minute walk from the main road.

If you are inclined to hike, and assuming you are already within the park, you can take a scenic hiking route from the nearby Veliko Polje area. This route is about 5 km and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace. Follow the marked trails which lead towards Vučevo. Once you reach the village, look for signs directing you to Izvor Drine. This option provides breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, but make sure to wear appropriate hiking gear and carry enough water.
