The dam is located directly off the E762 road. There is parking available near the dam where you can safely leave your vehicle.

From the center of Piva, take a local bus that travels along the E762 route towards the direction of Plužine. Ensure to confirm with the driver or check the schedule, as bus services may vary. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Piva Dam. After disembarking, it's a short walk (approximately 1 kilometer) to the dam site. Follow the road signs leading to Brana Piva.
