If you are driving from the main entrance of Sutjeska National Park, head southeast on the main road (M20) towards Foča. Continue for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the city of Foča. Once in Foča, follow the signs towards Bastasi. After entering Bastasi, look for signage directing you to Rafting Tara | Tri vodenice. The location is just a short drive from the center of Bastasi. There is parking available on-site.
