If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Trebinje. Head southwest on Džordža Vašingtona toward the M-6 road. Merge onto M-6 and continue for about 20 kilometers towards the border with Croatia. Once you reach the border, follow the signs to Dubrovnik. After crossing into Croatia, follow the E65 highway and take the exit toward Dubrovnik. Continue straight until you reach the city center. The Church of St. Salvation is located at Poljana Paska Miličevića, which is in the old town. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee, so be prepared to pay for parking.
