From Trebinje, head south on M6 towards the border with Croatia. Continue driving for about 30 kilometers until you reach the border crossing. After crossing the border, continue straight on D8 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach Lopud. Follow signs to Lopud old Port, which is located at Unnamed Road, Lopud, Croatia. There is parking available near the port, but be mindful of any parking fees or regulations.

Take a bus from Trebinje to Dubrovnik. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 1 hour. The fare is usually around 10-15 BAM. Once you arrive at the Dubrovnik bus station, take a local bus or taxi to the Dubrovnik ferry port. From there, purchase a ferry ticket to Lopud. The ferry ride takes about 50 minutes, and tickets typically cost around 40 HRK. Upon arrival at Lopud, follow the signs to Lopud old Port.
