If you are starting from the Tuzla City Center (Trg Slobode), head southeast on Ulica 1. Maja towards Ulica Kralja Tvrtka. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Turalibegova. Turn left onto Ulica Turalibegova, and continue walking. You will soon see Spomenik kralju Tvrtko I Kotromanic on your right side. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

From the Tuzla Bus Station, take bus number 5 towards 'Kula'. After approximately 5 stops, get off at the 'Kralja Tvrtka' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk east on Ulica Kralja Tvrtka for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Ulica Turalibegova. Turn right onto Ulica Turalibegova, and you will see Spomenik kralju Tvrtko I Kotromanic ahead. The entire journey should take around 30 minutes.
