If you're starting from the Tuzla City Center (Trg Slobode), head southeast on Trg Slobode towards Mije Aščića. Continue straight for about 150 meters until you reach the intersection with Turalibegova Street. Turn left onto Turalibegova Street and continue walking for approximately 500 meters. You will see the location of Meša Selimović i Ismet Mujezinović at Turalibegova 22 on your right, just before you reach the junction with Mujezinovića Street.
